Our Project Managers has long-term experience in two dominating project methodologies: PMI and PRINCE2. Using these methods allows us to structure tasks and report progress clearly.
IT project management consist of hard elements (target, budget, schedule) and soft elements (communication, competences and motivation). Ignoring any of them can result in a warping of project. Managment should merge hard and soft elements, only then a project can be done in time with great success.
