Creation Process

  • Project analysis – first and perhaps most important step in the design of dedicated applications. On this stage, the decision on the purpose and viability of the entire project is made. The correct definition of customer needs, to obtain complete functionality of the application determines the quality and the success of the whole project. This stage is also full of meetings, discussions and analyses of theway various company departments are functioning.
  • Functional system design – data obtained during the previous stage are now analyzed by the implementation team and are placed in, what is known as Functional Specification. The resulting document is specifically consulted with the client. This way, the “functional description of the application” and the basis for technical realization by developers is collected.
  • UX Design – the stage of optimization and analysis. Here all the possible actions, and options are considered in order to improve application perceptions of future users.
  • Application Development – the development team creates solutions based on documentation prepared in the previous phases of the project. At this stage, the first internal tests have already been carried out.
  • Implementation – the technical team begins to implement  applications in the target environment, or in the client’s company.
  • Testing and commissioning -the implementation phase is followed by the internal tests (performed by us) and external tests (performed by the customer). The final step is conducting product training for the company’s employees and its implementation in the office.
